We ship to all serviceable residential and commercial pincodes across India.

• Delivery Fee: We offer 100% FREE Express Shipping on all jackets and winter apparel. There are zero hidden courier handling charges at checkout.
• Currency & Billing: In compliance with RBI and Cashfree guidelines, all transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) inclusive of all applicable taxes.

2. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines

• Order Processing & Dispatch: Orders are verified, quality checked, and handed over to our courier partner within 24 to 48 business hours of payment authorization.
• Estimated Transit Times:
  • Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi-NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad): 2 to 4 business days.
  • Tier-2, Tier-3 & Rest of India: 4 to 7 business days.

Once dispatched, an automated tracking link and AWB tracking number are sent to your registered mobile number and email. You can also live-track your parcel on our Order Tracking Page using your Order ID.
